What payment methods do you support?
For sales in China, we support various payment methods including Alipay, WeChat Pay, credit cards, Huabei, and more.
For our US website, we currently support PayPal. We plan to expand to include various credit card payments in the near future.
What is your return policy?
7-Day Free Return**: We offer a free return policy for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. If you wish to return an item within this period, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8 to 30 Days Return**: If you decide to return an item between 8 to 30 days from the date of delivery, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
No Returns After 30 Days**: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Where are the products shipped from?
We have our own warehouses in both the United States and China. For products sold on our e-commerce platforms and our own website, we select the appropriate warehouse based on the customer's address. We strictly comply with the customs regulations and local laws of each country.
